Description

Fred's family runs a fishmarket, and it's renovation time in the store. When grandmother Jackie arrives to help, disaster strikes - and Fred and his cat are right in the middle of all the trouble. This is a story of mayhem mixed up with lots of love.

About the authors

MARIE-DANIELLE CROTEAU was born in Quebec's Eastern Townships and dreamed of travel and adventure from an early age. Educated in Communications and Art History, she has worked for Radio-Canada and Montreal's Musée des Beaux Arts. She has lived in Canada, the Caribbean, Africa, and France. She has written many books, for people of all ages.

BRUNO ST-AUBIN has illustrated over sixty children’s books, including nine in the Nicholas series, Sadie the Ballerina and George’s Antlers. His favourite activities when he is not illustrating include soccer, cross-country skiing, cycling, jogging and playing hockey. He lives in Quebec.
